Step 1:
Browse our inventory and select the item you wish to order.
Step 2:
Carefully read the Availability Disclaimer, which explains what may happen if your selected item is no longer available.
Step 3:
Click the “Order Now” button. This will redirect you to the official Abeads Facebook Messenger.
📌 NOTE: Please ensure you are logged into your Facebook account beforehand so you can be properly redirected to Messenger.
Step 4:
A pre-filled message, along with the item link, will appear in your chat box. Simply click Send and wait for a response from our admin team. If you have additional questions or concerns, feel free to send a follow-up message.
Step 5:
Once you’re satisfied with the admin’s response, confirm your intention to proceed with the order.
Please provide:
Your complete shipping details (Name, Shipping Address, Contact No.)
Your preferred shipping method (LBC, J&T, or Lalamove)
Afterward, our admin will send the payment details.
📌 NOTE: Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer and will be added to the total amount due.
Step 6:
After submitting proof of payment, our team will begin processing your order (wrapping and booking). This typically takes 1–2 days, depending on order volume and the courier chosen.
📌 NOTE: For Lalamove deliveries, our admins will provide the customer with a pickup location for the ordered item/s and other necessary details. The buyer is responsible for booking the rider.
Step 7:
Once ready, your item will be handed over to the courier. Our admin will send proof of shipment via Messenger, such as receipts or tracking details. Items should arrive in a few days depending on the courier.

Go to Products > Custom Pre-Made Loop Charms. Browse our inventory and select the item you wish to order.
Step 2:

Click the “Order Now” button. You will be redirected to the official Abeads Facebook Messenger.
📌NOTE: Please make sure you are logged into your Facebook account so you can be successfully redirected to Messenger.
Step 4:
A pre-filled message, along with the item link, will appear in your chat box. At the end of the message, type the name you would like us to include in the loop charm. Our admins will then respond with a photo of the customized pre-made loop charm for your approval.
Step 5:
If you are satisfied with the design, kindly confirm your intention to proceed with the order.
Please provide:

Choose the type of name charm you would like us to customize, then click the “Order Now” button below your selected item.
Step 3:
After clicking the button, you will be redirected to an order form. Please read and follow all instructions carefully.
Make sure to complete all required fields as thoroughly as possible to help us craft your order without delays.
Step 4:
Once you have completed the form, click Submit.
Some sections of the form will instruct you to contact the Abeads Facebook Messenger admins after submission. This allows us to confirm with you available options for certain materials (such as colors or types) based on our current stock.
